Microsoft CSP Integration
Integrate Microsoft CSP with HaloCRM and a partner managed application can be created in your own Azure tenant, and have its permissions elevated so that it can access user data from all of your partner’s tenants – meaning all your user and customer data can be located conveniently within HaloCRM.
Once connected to your partner managed application in HaloCRM, you can import all of your customer records from CSP, along with any licenses associated with them. When linked up to the Halo integrator, the records can be processed automatically on a schedule so your HaloCRM is always up-to-date.
Similar to the Azure Active Directory integration, site mappings can be created to import subsets of contacts from your partner’s tenants. These site mappings can be created manually or automatically whenever a customer is imported into HaloCRM. Contacts can then be imported into these sites.
Single Sign-On
Seamlessly sign in using your Microsoft email with Microsoft CSP single sign-on option. Agents and customers alike are able to bypass signing on by using Microsoft CSP SSO option. With user detection and option to create new users, Microsoft CSP SSO simplifies signing on.
