What features are included?

Do we have to pay per ticket?

Unlike many of our competitors, you can have an unlimited number of tickets in the system with no charge per ticket. All functionality and unlimited storage space is included in the price.

Is there a cost per end user?

There is no cost for end users. You can support unlimited customers in HaloCRM without any additional cost.

Do you offer a non-profit discount?

Yes, there is 15% discount for all charities, educational institutions and non-profit organisations.

Are integrations included in the price?

Can we request a demonstration of your software?

Do you offer professional services?

A big part of HaloCRM is the level of service that you receive alongside the software. We offer implementation packages, which involve a HaloCRM consultant coming on-site and getting you up and running with the new solution. Do you offer scalable prices for larger service desks?
