The HaloCRM agent interface and customer-facing portal can both be personalised to match you brand, including colours, logos, URL’s and more. Communications leaving the system can also be branded, such as email templates and PDFs generated in platform. This can be done in our drag and drop configuration editor, or with HTML.

It is even possible to make custom tables of data within the platform, this can be used to bring information from across your business into HaloCRM, to give your customer service agents all the facts they need provide the best possible service levels.

HaloCRM comes out of the box with a variety of language packs, these translate both the agent and customer portal interface. Whilst HaloCRM is pre-built with sensible labelling conventions, it is possible to customise these to your own requirements, ensuring the system is a tight fit with your organisation’s language and culture. Custom objects and knowledge base articles can also be translated, meaning as custom fields and articles are repeatedly used across the system, they will appear translated when viewed in any language.

Your organisation can make unlimited use of the HaloCRM API to create your own bespoke integrations and apps. It is open, restful, and uses modern, secure protocols (OAuth2). It is well-documented, with links available in-app to make it easy to use and easily accessible.
