Process Street Integration
Integrate Process Street with HaloCRM and have tickets automated into HaloCRM when a workflow is run on Process Street.
This integration has minimal configuration and allows tickets to be automatically created in HaloCRM in minutes.
Setting up your integration with Process Street couldn’t be more straightforward.
Simply, input your Process Street URL onto the Process Street integration page on HaloCRM and select the ticket type you’d like to generate from Process Street automations as well as a default user for the webhooks.
Then, go to your Process Street > your organisation > settings > integrations > Webhooks, enable Webhooks and then insert your HaloCRM instance URL.
Any combination of the above options are accepted for our integration, but we recommend ‘when a workflow is run’ as a minimum. This means that tickets will be created when workflows are created.
