1. Seamless Channel Switching
If you’re integrating with social media on your HaloCRM instance, you are now able to automatically select the channel to respond to your contact all from within the ‘reply’ action.
These will automatically be available you have already integrated your Twitter and Facebook channels with us, and if the ticket source is Twitter or Facebook.

2. Virtual Agent Improvements
Contacts will now be able to add attachments when using the chatbot! With a simple addition to the bot flow, contacts will be able to add attachments to the conversation before the ticket has been logged to Halo – resulting in a quicker resolution and less touches with the contact.

3. List Groups.
Clearly see your ticket information organised using list groupings! The lists filters are completely configurable to your liking and then can be further grouped for simple organisation.
Any uncategorised lists will remain at the bottom of the list view. Restrictions can be set as list level so your agents will only see the lists and list groups relevant to them.
