New Features: Q1 2024
There has been an array of new features added to HaloCRM this quarter. This blog post dives straight into our top six standout features and we can’t wait to share them with you.
From game-changing integrations to enhanced AI functionality and on-call shift management, Q1 marked a significant 3 months of advancement for HaloCRM. Read on to find out more about the new features and how you can utilise them.
1. Adobe Acrobat Sign Integration
Integrating HaloCRM with Adobe Acrobat Sign will allow you to send quotes to your customers through Adobe Acrobat Sign. Once they are approved via Adobe, the quotation and sales opportunity are automatically updated – making your quoting process even more seamless.
2. Adobe Commerce Integration
The Adobe Commerce integration will allow you to import customers registered to your Adobe Commerce/Mageneto store, as well as orders made on the store by those customers. All customers and orders are updated automatically, giving you full visibility over your customer’s journey.
3. AI Insights and Emotion Analysis
The AI Insights feature will use AI to analyse a ticket to give further insights. This includes a conversation summary, estimated priority, the type of enquiry, and the tone of the customer. HaloCRM can also use AI sentiment analysis to summarise customer satisfaction over time.
4. AI Report Writing
The report builder uses an AI Assistant that can query from the whole CRM database. You can choose the fields which fields to include, then generate the report, without having to use any code!
5. On-call Shift Management
You can now use shifts to manage your agent’s time beyond just workdays and hours. Integrate shift patterns, shift types and team availability into the Halo calendar to help with appointment logging, load balancing and general workforce management.
6. OLAs Added
HaloCRM now gives you the option to configure targets per department, team and workflows to accurately track if OLAs have been met and their overall contribution to the Service Level Agreement. They can be used alongside other business rules in Macros and Playbooks to help towards full service automation.
