Dataimporter (Data Importer) for custom tables via csv
Download link for importer - https://s3.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com/s3.nethelpdesk.com/ftp/dataImporter.zip
This executable needs to have a SQL connection for read/write to the Halo database so is only possible when you have direct database access.
When it is run it will look at all of your custom tables that have the Import Folder field filled out.
This should contain a folder location that is local to the DataImporter that contains .csv files that need to be imported.
You can use the Import Key 1 and Import Key 2 fields to make sure duplicate data is not imported.
Once this is run it will import the data from the .csv files and put them into a folder in the same folder location named Processed.
Each Custom Field that you are importing into needs to have the Import Field Name filled out with the csv file heading for that column. You can use numbers instead if the csv does not have a header/heading row and the position will be used intstead.
