Internal Branding

There are several different ways to set-up your internal branding on HaloCRM. You can customise the colour, logo and page size.

 

This can be done globally throughout the system, or you can allow each agent to also change their colour. HaloCRM also has the option to turn on dark-mode, if that is preferable. 


First, let's cover the Global settings for internal branding on HaloCRM.


Head to Configuration > Workspace > Advanced Settings. At the top of the page, you'll be presented with 'Appearance' configurations.



Here, you can select one of our out-of-the-box application colours, or you can input a hex code and have a colour more suited to your branding. 


The 'Navigation Menu Display' drop down determines how the menu on the far left-hand side is presented to you. 


Agents have the ability to alter their application colours and HaloCRM layout to suit them.


To do this, head to 'My Account' which can be found by clicking on your icon in the top righthand corner of the screen..





Once opened, head to the 'Preferences' tab:



Here, you can select from the above options.


Profile Colour is the colour of their icon (if they do not have an image in place of this).


Application Theme gives the agents an option between light or dark mode on HaloCRM.


Application Colour is the colour of the menu on the left hand side as well as smaller features like the search bar.


Navigation Menu Display indicates how the left-hand menu is displayed to the agent.


When High Contrast Mode is enabled, the application will be displayed with a high contrast. 


For logo branding, go to, Configuration > People > Organisation > Configure Organisation. Then select your organisation and press the 'edit logo' button in the top left-hand corner.
