Zoom Integration
To enable Zoom for call management, head to the Zoom integration and enable it.
Not sure where to find it? Head to the 'Administration Console' > 'Workspace' > 'Integrations' > 'Zoom'.
Make sure that is enabled by ensuring it is coloured, not greyed out.
Next, click into the integration.
If you check the tick-box, then you will have a 'call on zoom' action button on the contact details within a ticket.
NOTE: This will only appear if there is an email address set for the contact.
You will also need to select a method in which to call the user (email address or network login).
Next, you need to change the default app on your device to Zoom. To do this, in your windows search bar, search: 'Default Apps'.
Open it up.
In the following box, search 'callto'
Here, it will show you your default calling app. If it is not Zoom, you will need to change this. To do this, click onto the existing 'callto' default and select Zoom and press 'select default'.
Next, head to Zoom.
You will need to head to the 'Phone' settings, then ensure that launching a URL from a call has been enabled.
Next, you'll need to copy the URL that is given in the 'Call Management' set up page. This is your halourl followed by /call?callerid=$ phonenumber
E.G: https://yourhalourl.halocrm.io/call?showmenu=false&callerid=$phonenumber

Once saved, incoming external calls should now pop-up the Halo new call screen when answered.
