- Enabling Call Management
- Connecting RingCentral
Enabling Call Management
First, we want to ensure that your Call Management module is enabled.
To do this, head to the 'Administration Console' > 'Channels' > 'Call Management'.

If it is enabled, it will be coloured. If disabled, it will be grey. To enable, hover over the module and press the '+'.
Connecting RingCentral
Click into the module, then select 'General Settings'.
Grab the URL given under the 'Integrations' tab:

Now, head to your RingCentral account.
Go to 'Settings' > 'Phone' > 'General' and then enable the toggle that says 'launch an external app or website for incoming calls'.
Once enabled, you'll get an option to manage this.
You'll need to select whether you want the URL to launch when the phone starts to ring, or when it is answered.
In the 'enter command' field, you'll need to add the URL you just copied from your Halo instance. You are also enable to add any RingCentral parameters here too.
To read more about parameters on RingCentral, see their guide here.
Test it, and once happy, save it.
Your RingCentral integration should now be ready!
