What is the RingCentral Integration?
RingCentral can be integrated with Halo to display the call screen when a call is received from RingCentral.
Enabling Call Management
First, ensure that your Call Management module is enabled. Head to Configuration > Call Management.
Hover over the module, if a "+" icon shows, click this to enable the module. It will then turn to an "x" like below.

Connecting RingCentral
Click into the module, then select "General Settings".
You will see a URL at the top, which will be the URL RingCentral will open when answering a call. Copy this for later.

Now, head to your RingCentral account.
Go to Settings > Phone > General and then enable the toggle that says "Launch an external app or website for incoming calls".
Once enabled, you'll get an option to manage this.
You'll need to select whether you want the URL to launch when the phone starts to ring, or when it is answered.
In the "Enter command" field, you'll need to add the URL you just copied from your Halo instance. You are also enable to add any RingCentral parameters here too.
To read more about parameters on RingCentral, see their guide here.
When receiving a call via RingCentral, it will also now open the Halo new call screen, and match the phone number to a user if there is one.
