Adding Agent Signatures
If you'd like to have your own personal agent signature applied to emails, you can do this automatically by following the steps in this guide.
(PLEASE NOTE: For email template changes, you may need to ask your HaloCRM administrator).
To add an agent signature to your account, click on your icon in the top righthand corner on your HaloCRM instance, then go to 'My account'.
Then go to the 'Preferences' tab. Here, you will find an 'Email Signature' section. Press 'edit' and then copy over your email signature to your HaloCRM agent account.
Next, a $ variable ($signature) which populates agent signatures will need to be added to all applicable email templates. $ variables are used to auto-populate information within your Halo database. $signature can populate the signature of the agent actioning the ticket.
To modify email templates, go to Configuration > Channels > Email > Email Templates. (If you are unable to access this area of Halo, please contact your system administrator).
Here, you will need to select the template you'd like to modify, then press 'edit' in the top left-hand corner.
As you can see above, the $signature variable has been added to the template, so now when an agent replies, their signature will be applied to the bottom of the email.
