The Activity Feed

What is the Activity Feed
The activity feed can be a useful management tool, as it gives easy visibility of actions you, or other agents have performed recently.
The feed can be accessed from the home screen below your desired graph or from the navigation button in the top banner.

The Activity Feed can also be added to a dashboard as a widget. To do this head to Configuration > Reporting > Dashboards, select the desired Dashboard and press "Edit". In the Layout tab you will see an option to add a Widget. Press this button and change the type to "Activity Feed"

The drop down at the top of the feed can be used to differentiate between the different areas of activity as seen below.
From v2.231.1+, you will be able to filter the Activity Feed by your Team when viewing the feed in your profile, or as a Home Page widget. This is particularly useful for more senior Team members to easily view other Agents activity that is relevant to their Team.

Pressing the button shown below will pop the activity feed into a new window for a constant stream of activity.

Changing the Default Feed
It is possible to default the type of feed, this is done in the agent preferences tab.
To change your own, click your own profile in the upper right corner and click "My Account", navigate to the "Preferences" tab and to the "Tickets" section and edit the 'Default View for Activity Feed'.

Here we can see the default is set to all agent activity, but there are a variety of options available.
Agent Specific activity
The Activity Feed for a specific User or Agent can be viewed from within the tab on their profile.
