Twitter Integration
Introduction
The Twitter integration allows you to connect multiple Twitter accounts to Halo. Any tweets or direct messages that are sent to the connected account will automatically be processed into Halo for you to work on.
Connecting to Twitter
Start by navigating to the integration module and enable the Twitter integration. Once in the module, click the "New" button to begin adding a new account.
To do this, simply press the 'Login with Twitter' button and use your Twitter credentials to sign in - and accept the T&C's presented by Twitter.
Setting Up Outcomes
Once connected, you can decide what happens with direct messages and tweets that your account receives.
Once you have been mentioned in a tweet, or sent a direct message, depending on your configuration, Halo will automatically process this into your instance. For this example, I have set up so that mentions create new tickets in my instance.
To reply to a tweet with a tweet, or reply to a Twitter direct message, you will need to create a new action button with the system use of 'reply to twitter message/mention'. This is made visible once the Twitter integration is enabled.
