Report Builder
Version 2.107.1 introduced the 'Query Builder' functionality into Halo. This function will allow you to create reports without any knowledge of SQL.
From the Reporting module, under the Data Source tab, you will find a 'Query Builder' option:
Upon selecting this option, you will be able to select the specific entity you are looking to report on:
Below the Data Source section, you will see a Fields & Conditions section. This is where you add the columns to your report & specify respective conditions.
For example, if I wanted to build a report detailing some basic Incident/Request information, my set up would look similar to:
The data itself is returned via the 'Preview Report' section on the LHS, where you can apply filters to the report:
