Multiple Portals with Different Branding in HaloCRM (Hosted)
If you would like multiple customer portals set up on your HaloCRM instance, you will need to get in touch with our team. Either contact support, your Customer Success Manager or your implementation consultant to make a request.
Following that request, the steps you will be asked to carry out go as follows:
- If using your own domain, you will either need to provide us with a certificate for the URL(s), or ask that we request one from AWS. This will be a DNS validated certificate and will require you to add a record to your DNS for each domain required.
- These are generated programmatically and will be given to you when generated.
- Point the relevant address required at mycompany-portal.halocrm.io with a CNAME record. E.g. support.mycompany.com CNAME mycompany-portal.halocrm.io
- Where mycompany is the tenancy name given to you and is the default web application address given to you or chosen by you.
- Once these are in place please inform us and we will complete the work on our side
- Once the new portals are live in the Application configuration, the branding can be changed. This is accessed in Configuration > Workspace > Integrations > Halo API > View Applications. Select the application for your portal, then scroll down to 'Preferences' section to set the branding. For more information about how to set up multiple brands in HaloCRM, check out this guide!
