Direct SQL Connection Deprecation

Database Access Changes:

Currently, we allow direct SQL connections to the Read-only copy of customers' databases. However, to enhance security and streamline processes, we will be phasing out direct SQL connections. This change is part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen data protection and access controls.

We will inform customers about this change and provide ample time to prepare. Alternative plan for both SSMS connection, PowerBI connection and other functionalities utilising direct SQL connections will also be announced with significant prior notice. This proactive approach ensures we maintain the highest standards in data security and customer service. We appreciate your cooperation as we work toward a more secure infrastructure.
