Azure Active directory facilitates the signing-in and access management of employees and end-users using a cloud-based system. This powerful software can control access to your resources based on business requirements, for example:

This includes the use of multi-factor authentication on accessing the platform, creating a constant sync of users and technicians into the platform and as an authentication tool for our Self-Service Portal.
