HaloCRM uses $variables to automatically populate information from your HaloCRM database to O365.
HaloCRM’s bidirectional integration with O365 allows the automated sync of calendar data between the platforms. This means appointments created in HaloCRM sync to your Outlook calendar with no manual intervention, and appointments created in Outlook or Microsoft Teams will automatically appear in the relevant customer service agent(s) HaloCRM calendar. Customer service agents can view their upcoming appointments in the centralised calendar view, and those of their colleagues that they have permission to see. This also gives a great overview for managers to see their team’s scheduled workload, and even shifts.
Office 365 Mailbox Integration
Connect your Office 365 mailboxes to HaloCRM to automatically pull emails from your existing customer contact mailboxes into the system. There are no limits on how many mailboxes you can integrate with the system, or how many emails you can send or receive using HaloCRM.
New emails from customers are pulled into the system automatically and create a new ticket linked to their contact record. If the customer is replying to an existing ticket, their reply is threaded to the existing conversation automatically, using ticket number matching and intelligent email threading. This creates an intuitive experience for both customer service agents and customers, allowing all parties to easily keep track of the thread of conversations. If desired, switch to our customer-centric view, which pushes all customer contact into one conversation focused view.
