HaloCRM’s newly-developed Twilio integration brings communication with customers into HaloCRM as a central hub for connecting with customers. Twilio can pull messages from WhatsApp as well as standard SMS messages seamlessly into HaloCRM.
When receiving SMS from customers, user details are matched in HaloCRM and a new ticket is created against the customer’s record. If the user doesn’t exist yet, HaloCRM will create a new user account at the default site.
The Twilio integration has additional SMS threading functionality, so any responses will be updated on the original ticket, as well as updating the ticket status the HaloCRM platform.
With set-up as simple as entering your Twilio credentials, you can be sending and receiving messages within minutes of enabling Twilio in HaloCRM.
